Manitou des Terres D’Argos (Manny)

Manny, out of Castiron Kennels, came to the US from Eric Chivot in France. He is a rugged, muscular hunter whose strength allows him to take on all types of cover with ease. Manny shows a good bit of independence in the field, actively seeking out areas where there’s a high likelihood of birds. He’s also a great family dog who is very chill in the house. He has successfully passed those characteristics on to his offspring.

Noel Dite Sophie (Sophie)

Sophie, our foundation dam, came to us from Quentin Delannoy in France. She is an absolute joy to hunt with in the field! Sophie showcases her phenomenal close- to mid-range upland prey drive targeting woodcock, pheasant and grouse. Her nose and passion for retrieving is always on display while fetching mallards regardless of the conditions. Sophie’s in-house “off switch” is also a shining characteristic. She’s always up for a snuggle and a belly rub. Sophie is a very affectionate dog with a great family disposition. This will be Sophie’s second litter, and we are very excited about this pairing.
